You may notice workers on-site over the weekend and into next week as work continues.

We kindly ask that any questions or concerns be directed to the HOA rather than the workers on-site so they can focus on completing the project.

A little more patience
for our pond.

Unfortunately, the pond cleanup has been delayed due to contractor scheduling. However, the county has assured us that crews are expected to be out in November. We appreciate your patience!

If you haven’t had a chance to explore our new nature path, today is a perfect day to take a stroll! The changing fall colors are absolutely beautiful, and the geese are out enjoying what may be some of our last warm days before they head south for the winter. 🪿🍂

Status letter requests require a 7-10 day lead time.

A $50 fee applies to each status letter request.

Responses may include repair items or compliance matters based on The Preserve HOA covenants and bylaws.

All Preserve residents are welcome to attend our monthly HOA meetings Our monthly HOA meetings are open to any resident of the Preserve subdivision. If you’d like to attend, please email board@preservehoa.net with: Your full name Your Preserve property address We will verify your name and address against HOA records. After verification, we will email login credentials so you can join the meeting on-line. Your information will be used only for verification and HOA business. If you have questions, include them in your email and the board will reply.

  • Meetings are every second Monday

  • The time is 7:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

  • To protect confidentiality, only board members may remain present during sensitive discussions. Non-board members will be excused at that time.
